-AGREEMENT

If verification fails or is refused, we may cancel and refund the order and we have no obligation to fulfill it. -CUSTOMER LEGAL COMPLIANCE DUTY

-PAYMENTS, FRAUD, AND CHARGEBACKS

We may block, cancel, or refund any transaction we suspect is fraudulent, high risk, or violates law or processor rules. You authorize us to share necessary information with payment processors and fraud/verification vendors to prevent unauthorized transactions and chargebacks. Chargeback abuse may result in permanent bans and collection efforts where permitted by law.

-SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery, theft after a delivery scan, seizures, or issues caused by incorrect addresses you provide.

-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

-INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the business owners, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, false statements, unlawful conduct, or violation of any law.

-REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and restrict access for any lawful reason.

-GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Any dispute must be brought in North Carolina unless we elect arbitration where permitted.
