Orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet shipped, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation:

• Customers must contact Customer Service immediately after placing an order.

• Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

• Certain products or orders may not be eligible for cancellation due to processing or regulatory restrictions.
