Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed. Due to the nature of the products sold, including but not limited to consumable and regulated goods, no exceptions will be made.

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, delays in shipping, carrier-related issues, or failure to understand product descriptions or legal status. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are legal in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

If an order arrives with the wrong item or is damaged in transit, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the product and original packaging. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if legally required.

Once an order has shipped, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, seized, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including those affected by carrier error, weather conditions, or regulatory action. Orders returned to sender, refused, or abandoned are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

We do not issue refunds for orders rejected, delayed, or confiscated due to local, state, or federal laws or carrier policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws before purchasing.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in account termination and permanent restriction from future purchases. Fraudulent claims will be contested with supporting documentation.
